Town of Palisade staff and members of the Cen-Ten Organizing Committee presented Town of Palisade employee Keli Frasier with a certificate and tokens of appreciation for her part, going above and beyond the call of duty, in helping to organize the Cen-Ten birthday celebration in April and other Cen-Ten events through this year.

Keli, the friendly face and voice greeting you at Town Hall, was also instrumental in procuring the logo for the year’s events, communicating all the important characteristics to be illustrated.

Keli is also active in fundraising for the award-winning Palisade High School Marching Band, and a proud ‘mom.’

Formerly the manager of the Palisade Tribune, Betsy moved to Palisade in 2009 after spending almost 35 years in Breckenridge. She has three grown kids, two in Colorado and one in Idaho. A die-hard Palisade booster, Betsy is also a big fan of the Palisade High School Bulldogs.
