The 1st Annual Atomic 5K Run/Walk will begin at 9:00 a.m. on June 3rd with packet pickup and late/on-site registration beginning at 7:30 a.m.. The route runs around the newly designated National Historic District campus (part of the Manhattan Project).  More information and registration is available at https://www.atomic5kgj.com/ or email atomic5kgj@gmail.com  or call 970-243-5242 and ask for Amanda Jimerson. This will be a timed event but fun-runners, walkers, and “virtual” runners are welcome! The Atomic 5K run is being sponsored by Riverview Technology Corporation, JGMS, Impact Promotions, and many others local businesses.

 Beginning at 10:00 the Business Showcase will open – no charge for entry! The Showcase includes tenant and alumni booths (food, products, services, and more), a Beer Garden (Kannah Creek beer and Whitewater Hill wines for sale), free live music (Flat Top Reed), Bump & Jump, tours of the campus, a Kid’s Fun Run and other children’s activities, and more! The Business Showcase is being sponsored by Alpine Bank and Hilltop Community Resources as well as other local businesses.

Both events are open to the public. Bring the whole family and enjoy the beautiful campus, meet some great local small business owners, and help support Entrepreneurship and Small Business. All proceeds support entrepreneurship in Mesa County! The media is encouraged to attend.
