Colorado Proud, with a focus on local products and Chefs, will be the focus of the Sixth Annual Edesia: A Palisade Culinary, Wine & Spirits Adventure on Sunday, April 3, at Wine Country Inn. 

Culinary All Star Chefs Griff Chiono, Josh Niernberg, and Brunella Gualerzi, will create a special menu for the VIP Luncheon, then demonstrate their skills for participants in the afternoon.

“This is going to be a wonderful opportunity to sample cuisine prepared by an elite, talented cadre of local chefs who specialize in fresh, sustainable Colorado food,” says Anne Tally, who is
coordinating the event. “We want to celebrate the incredible resources and talent we have right here in the Grand Valley,”

Tickets for the VIP Luncheon from 11 am to 1 pm cost $125 per person, which includes admission to the afternoon event. Tickets for the main event from 2 to 6 pm cost $75 per person. Tickets are
