A group of gourmet food vendors, including several Business Incubator current and former tenants, are banding together to bring the Grand Valley a new and exciting food option. Craving Colorado, Duncan’s Gourmet, Ganic Grub, Dale’s BBQ, Sip Mobile Coffee Co., Sassy Q’s Gourmet Ice Pops, and Gelu Italian Ice are forming “Food Truck Fridays”. Food truck vendors are common in most areas of the country, and it’s high time the Grand Valley gets in on it.

The group will provide a family-friendly dining option every Friday from 5-9 p.m. (hours may change for winter). The events began Friday, September 5, in downtown Grand Junction at 4th and Colorado (Grassroots Cycles parking lot), then September 12 in Palisade at St. Kathryn’s Cellars (off the I-70 Palisade exit), alternating between the venues each week. Grand Junction will host the 1st and 3rd Fridays, and Palisade on the 2nd and 4th Fridays. In addition to great food and sweet treats, there will be live music. Wine will be available at St. Kathryn’s Cellars.
