Altrusa International, Inc. offers members the opportunity to invest our time and talent to help our communities. The Palisade Altrusa Club, 19 years old this year, engages in other projects, including many small donations to needs in the Palisade Community, athletic scholarships for Mt. Garfield Middle Schools students, Teacher Appreciation Breakfasts at our local schools, and Cup of Warmth at Palisade’s Olde Fashioned Christmas.
